Unfortunately we, along with the entire garment decorating industry,  are experiencing a shortage of goods due to the ongoing COVID pandemic. As such, we will do our best to fulfill all orders, as placed. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT OUT OF STOCK ITEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITH A LIKE ITEM.  IF A LIKE ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED FOR THAT ITEM. Due to world-wide shipping delays with ALL of our manufacturers, our production time will be about 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately this is out of our control. By submitting your order, you agree to the aforementioned terms. Thank you for your understanding.
​Please REVIEW your order carefully BEFORE you submit your order (Size, spelling, quantity, etc.)! Once your order is placed, there are NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES as each order is a custom-order. SIZE CHARTS ARE PROVIDED FOR EACH ITEM. We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted at the time of order (wrong size, spelling errors, etc.). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email (if you do not receive an email, your order was not received - email or call us to confirm that your order was received). Please review your confirmation email for correct sizes, quantities, spelling, etc. -  Allow approximately 4-5 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY after the store CLOSING DATE, not the date your order was placed. There will be no late orders accepted after the store closing date, as this will delay the orders of those who had already placed their order. THANK YOU for your understanding.
