Office Assistant
Full-time, M—F
Hours: 9:00—5:00
We are looking for a responsible, personable, detail oriented and driven Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to the following;
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, MS Word, MS Publisher and office equipment. Ultimately, a successful Office Assistant should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

We are looking for a responsible, personable, detail oriented and driven Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to the following;
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Source apparel and create proposals based on client requests
- Maintain a database of size charts and load charts on online stores
- QC online stores for accuracy in coding, sizing, products and personalization options
- Tally orders and track late additions/changes
- Create work orders for both printed and embroidered apparel
- Order apparel with suppliers and inventory against work orders to ensure everything is in house prior to production
- Manage production time lines and keep clients informed
- Organize, sort and bag orders by client
The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, MS Word, MS Publisher and office equipment. Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Publisher, MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Sales & Marketing Position

The perfect candidate will actively seek medium to large-sized recreation and club/travel sports teams and schools to establish new business with.
Sales associate will follow the sales process from cold call to product sale and develop the relationship over time. You will also reconnect with past customers and contacts to provide a voice for the company and re-form relationships. You will be informative, helpful, and answer all prospective clients’ questions. Ideal candidate will have a strong grasp on social media platforms and make recommendations on how best to reach potential clients via these outlets.
The company will provide marketing assistance to help with sales in the form of special product pricing, complimentary product for new clients, email lists, and marketing materials. This is a salary plus commission based position. Commission based on new accounts brought in and not repeat customers.
Responsibilities/Duties
Put together a schedule that you are comfortable with that includes time for cold calling, introductory emails, canvassing, sales appointments, follow-ups, customer contact and email campaigns.
Responsibilities also include taking print orders, and keeping clients up to date as to the status of their order. Other responsibilities can include, ordering, sorting, and reaching out to potential vendors in the apparel and sporting goods industry.
The ideal candidate will have a large network of contacts they’ve worked with in the past or someone who is very comfortable talking to new people and establishing new relationships. Candidate will have excellent cold calling experience, be persistent with excellent follow up/through skills and well organized. They MUST be able to effectively communicate with others. They must be personable and be able to take a genuine interest in others businesses. They must be self motivated and able to comfortably work with executive types and business owners. Ideal traits are positive attitude, self confidence and resiliency. Multi- tasking and time management skills are a must.

Screen Printer
Are you PASSIONATE about screen printing and always learning new techniques? Are you a stickler for perfection and a team player? Do you have a good eye for design and color? If so, we need you.
Our ideal candidate will, but we will be willing to train the right person:

- Know how to operate a manual and an automatic screen printing press
- Be able to set up multi-color jobs, quickly and accurately
- Prepare, burn, and reclaim screens
- Know and understand the proper screen mesh counts
- Operate a heat press
- Be familiar with various fabrics and the necessary inks & additives for achieving optimal print results
- Be a self-starter, with little, to no supervision
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Be eager to learn
- Have exceptional attention to detail
- Have transportation to and from work
- Have a good command of the English language
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
