GoBallistic Sports is NOT RESPONSIBLE for duplicate orders and you will not be refunded if a duplicate order is placed and you did not follow the above instructions.

​Please REVIEW your order carefully BEFORE you submit your order (Size, spelling, quantity, etc.)! Once your order is placed, there are NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES as each order is a custom-order. SIZE CHARTS ARE PROVIDED FOR EACH ITEM. We are not responsible for incorrect information submitted at the time of order (wrong size, spelling errors, etc.). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email (if you do not receive an email, your order was not received - email or call us to confirm that your order was received). Please review your confirmation email for correct sizes, quantities, spelling, etc. -  Allow approximately 4-5 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY after the store CLOSING DATE, not the date your order was placed. There will be no late orders accepted after the store closing date, as this will delay the orders of those who had already placed their order. THANK YOU for your understanding.
