Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email (if you do not receive an email, your order was not received) - please review your order confirmation carefully (Size, spelling, quantity, etc.), once your order is placed, there are NO RETURNS and NO EXCHANGES as each order is a custom-order. Allow approximately 2-3 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY after the store CLOSING DATE, not the date your order was placed.
